At FLATS, our mission is to build a strong home base for the Southern photography community. We’re always eager to connect with talented Southern writers and lens-based artists passionate about showcasing this unique region.

We carefully review each submission, though due to high volume, we’re unable to send individual replies. There’s no need to follow up once you’ve submitted, and please avoid sending multiple entries. All submissions must be in the form of PDF.

All submitters must be from or currently live/working in the southern regions of the United States.

Every submission is thoughtfully reviewed, though due to the high volume we receive, we’re unable to send individual responses. Once you’ve submitted, there’s no need to follow up or send multiple entries. To ensure a smooth review process, please submit your work as a single PDF.
