FLATS Presents our second annual Movie Night

Organized by guest curators Peter Lucas and Emily Peacock, this pop-up backyard screening will feature short video works by Houston-based artists Lina Dib, Preetika Rajgariah, JooYoung Choi, Krista Steinke, and Britt Thomas. The program comprises a variety of creative constructions involving identity, memory, and imagination. The 50-minute screening will begin at 8:30, and a brief Q&A with the curators and artists will follow.

Part of the nomadic Flats series of exhibitions held in homes and alternative spaces around Houston, this event will be held in the backyard of artist Iva Kinnaird. There will be lawn chairs, kiddie pools, and beverages available.
